At Dream Emerger, we are committed to providing you with 100% authentic and high-quality beauty products. However, we understand that there may be rare instances where you need to return a product. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective: If the product arrived broken, leaked, or damaged during transit.
2. Incorrect Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong brand, size, or variant).
3. Expired Product: In the unlikely event that you receive a product past its expiry date.
4. Missing Items: If your package is missing an item listed on your invoice.

IMPORTANT: You must check your package in front of the delivery person. If you find any issues, please return it immediately to the delivery person or contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

1. Products that have been opened, used, or have the seal broken.
2. Items where the original packaging/box is lost or damaged by the customer.
3. "Change of Mind" returns (e.g., you decided you no longer want the product or do not like the scent/texture after opening).
4. Free gifts or promotional items received with an order.

3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Proof: You must provide your Order Number and clear photographs or videos of the damaged/incorrect product.
3. Return the Item: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back to our office at: 1 M.C Roy Lane, Lalbagh, Dhaka.

4. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria:

1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card) or via Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
2. Timeline: Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer preference (where applicable), the shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you received a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same item, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge after verifying the defect.
